摘要: 针对目前企业员工知识贡献度缺乏科学有效的定量评价方法的问题,提出一种企业员工知识贡献度评价模型和方法。该方法利用Web 20相关技术,基于企业员工的知识发布、评价和应用行为,将员工知识贡献度划分为知识参与贡献度、效用贡献度和创新贡献度三个指标,构建了员工知识贡献度评价模型;在此基础上建立了企业知识和员工知识贡献度评价算法。通过仿真显示了该方法的有效性。

Abstract: There were few scientific & quantitative methods in evaluating knowledge contribution of enterprise staff. In order to tackle this problem, an evaluation model and method for knowledge contribution of enterprise staff was proposed. With the help of Web 2.0 technologies, the method divided knowledge contribution into participation contribution, efficiency contribution and innovation contribution, which were based on staff's behaviors of knowledge publishing, evaluation and application. And then an evaluation model of staff's knowledge contribution was constructed. According to this model, knowledge evaluation algorithm and staff's knowledge contribution evaluation algorithm were put forward. Finally, a simulation test was used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
