云制造环境下人力资源供给的评价与选择

摘要: 为解决云制造环境下人力资源需求方对人力资源的优选问题,提出一种基于人力资源综合服务能力的人力资源提供方选择方法。建立了供需双方在云平台上的描述模型和提供方服务能力的评价指标体系,综合考虑人力资源提供方的服务能力和人力资源需求方的需求偏好,结合变精度粗糙集理论和激励—惩罚函数,提出激变模型法计算提供方综合服务能力值。最后通过应用实例证明了该方法的有效性。

Abstract: To solve the optimal selection of human resource under cloud manufacturing environment,a method to choose human resources based on human resource comprehensive service capability was proposed.A description model of demanders and providers was established,and an evaluation index system for human resource service capability was established.By considering the service capability of human resources and demand preference of demanders,the value of human resource comprehensive service capability were obtained with incentive penalty function and variable precision rough set theory.The feasibility of the proposed method was proved by application examples.
