云制造环境下员工资源选择方法

摘要: 为了解决云制造环境下员工资源的服务选择问题,提出一种基于员工云的员工资源选择方法。该方法考虑了员工服务能力和员工需求方的期望两方面,首先构建员工服务能力的评价指标体系,在改进激励—惩罚函数的基础上,结合变精度粗糙集理论,建立了员工选择的激变模型;然后运用激变模型求得候选员工的优选度,作为员工需求方选择员工的重要依据;最后通过实例表明了该方法的有效性。

Abstract: To solve the service selection of staff resources in cloud manufacturing environment,a method to choose staff resources based on staff cloud was proposed.By considering the capacity of staff service and the expectation of staff demand-side,a relevant evaluation index system for capacity of staff service was proposed,and a model of incentive penalty function and variable precision rough set theory was built by improving incentive penalty function and combining with variable precision rough set theory which was used to obtain the staff optimization degree for taking the important basis on choosing staff.The feasibility of the proposed method was proved by an example.
