摘要: 为解决产品制造过程多关键质量特性的复杂控制问题,建立了制造过程多关键质量特性优化模型。该模型运用质量功能配置技术提取了制造过程中影响多个质量特性的多种因素,定义了关键质量特性的波动率。在分析制造因素之间相互作用关系的基础上,确立了制造过程多关键质量特性与影响因素的定量关系,从而获得影响关键质量特性的制造因素的有效目标值,使得在质量控制成本约束下,制造过程产品总质量波动最小。通过滚齿加工过程关键质量特性优化实例,说明了该模型的有效性和实用性。

Abstract: To solve the complex control problem of multiple key quality characteristics in product manufacturing process, a multiple key quality characteristics optimization model for manufacturing process was established. Various influencing factors for multiple quality characteristics were extracted by using Quality Function Deployment(QFD)technology, and the fluctuation rate of key quality characteristics was defined. Based on the analysis of interrelationships among manufacturing factors, the quota relationship between the multiple key quality characteristics and the influencing factors was established. Furthermore, the valid target values of manufacturing factors were identified with the constraint of Quality Control(QC)cost to minimize the total quality fluctuation in manufacturing process. Finally, a case study on key quality characteristics optimization of gear hobbing processing was provided to illustrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the model.
