摘要: 针对丝锥因频繁更换或过度磨损影响生产调度,从而降低生产效率的问题,采用单机调度与丝锥视情更换相结合的联合策略,以调度作业的总加权期望完成时间最小为目标,并引入丝锥性能可靠度约束,进行单机调度与丝锥视情预防性更换的集成建模研究。根据丝锥的磨损特征建立其退化模型,并结合丝锥实际的磨损数据进行参数估计,以求解相应的联合决策问题。实例分析结果既表明了集成优化的有效性,又表明了引入丝锥性能可靠度约束的重要性。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the frequent replacement or excessive wear of taps will affect the smooth production scheduling and reduce the production efficiency in the machining industry,a joint optimization strategy of single machine scheduling and condition based replacement of taps was used to research the integrated modeling by taking the minimum total weighted expected completion time of scheduled jobs as the optimal objective and introducing the performance reliability constraint of taps.According to the wear characteristics of the tap,the degradation model was established,and the parameters were estimated based on the actual wear data of tap to solve the corresponding joint decision-making problem.The results of the example analysis showed the effectiveness of integration optimization and the significance of considering the constraints of tap performance reliability in the integrated model.
