基于双层关联的用户需求重要度计算与转换方法

摘要: 针对目前用户需求重要度计算多以各用户需求相互独立假设为前提,忽视了各用户需求间的内在关系以及设计规范对用户需求的指导作用,提出一种基于双层关联的用户需求重要度计算与转换方法。通过建立包括设计规范控制层和用户需求网络层的双层关联网络,利用网络分析法对不同设计规范和用户需求之间,以及各用户需求之间的支配关系和反馈关系进行关联计算,获得更加准确有效的用户需求重要度。通过质量功能配置的关系矩阵将用户需求重要度转化为对应技术特征重要度,从而指导设计者形成有效的设计方向和对应设计策略。通过对高墩桥梁支座设计实例验证了该方法有效性和实用性。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the current importance calculation of customer requirements was based on the independency among customer requirements,which ignored the internal relationship among customer requirements and the guiding role of design specifications,a method of weight calculation and transformation for customer requirements based on double layer association was proposed.A double layer association network including design specifications control layer and customer requirements network layer was established.An analytic network process was used to calculate the dominance relations and feedback relations between customer requirements as well as different design specifications and customer requirements.Therefore more accurate and effective customer requirements importance was obtained.The importance of customer requirements was transformed into the importance of technical feature through the relation matrix of quality function deployment,thereby guiding the designer to form an effective design direction and corresponding design strategies.The validity and practicability of the method were verified by the examples of high pier bridge pedestal.
