摘要: 为解决工业设计云服务平台中基于用户偏好的设计团队成员优选决策问题,提出一种基于直觉模糊集与网络分析法的设计团队成员综合能力评定方法。该方法结合目前已有的协同评价方法以及云服务平台特点,对满足用户偏好的设计团队成员综合能力进行优选决策,构建工业设计云服务平台下的网络化协同设计团队成员的三阶优选评定模型:第一阶段确定基于用户偏好的评价目标,结合模糊需求描述法挖掘用户隐性需求偏好,并将其转化为设计团队成员的评价目标;第二阶段构建设计团队成员优选评价指标体系,运用直觉模糊集与网络分析法对设计团队成员综合能力中各评定指标间的关联度和决策者犹豫度进行多属性群体决策评价;第三阶段结合质量功能配置对基于用户偏好的设计团队成员进行优选。以云服务平台上的游艇设计任务为例,验证了该方法的有效性和可行性。

Abstract: To solve the user preferences based design team members optimization decision problems of industrial design in the cloud service platform,a design team members comprehensive ability evaluation method based on intuitionistic fuzzy sets and network analysis method was put forward.By combining the collaborative evaluation of existing methods and characteristics of cloud service platform,the design team members' comprehensive ability that had met user preferences was performed optimization and decision to build three-order evaluation model of networked collaborative design team members ability under industrial design cloud services platform.In the first stage of the model,the evaluation target based on user preferences was determined,the user's implicit demand preference was explored with fuzzy demand description method and was transformed into the evaluation target of cloud design team members by using the quality function configuration;in the second stage,the intuitionistic fuzzy sets and network analysis were used to evaluate the multiple attribute group decision making in the comprehensive evaluation of design team members and the hesitant degree of decision-makers;in the third stage,the design team members based on user preferences were optimized by combining with the quality function configuration.The design task of yachts on cloud service platform was taken as an example to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method.
