百叶轮抛光TC4的接触弧长试验研究

摘要: 为了探究接触弧长与工艺参数之间的关系,在数控抛光机床上利用百叶轮进行了抛光TC4试块试验,通过抛光力的持续时间计算求得了接触弧长;以主轴转速、压缩量、进给速度和百叶轮粒度为工艺参数,建立了接触弧长和工艺参数之间的拟合方程,分析了工艺参数对接触弧长的影响规律及影响程度;建立最优化模型并获得了最优接触弧长和工艺参数;对抛光力和抛光区温度对接触弧长的影响进行了研究。结果表明,所建立的拟合方程拟合度非常高;主轴转速、压缩量与接触弧长为正相关关系,接触弧长随其余两个参数的增大先减小后增大;主轴转速和压缩量对接触弧长影响明显,进给速度和百叶轮粒度对接触弧长影响不大;理论最优接触弧长为6.398 6 mm,最优工艺参数为主轴转速4 000 r/min,压缩量为0.5 mm,进给速度每分钟190.8 mm/min,百叶轮粒度为220号;接触弧长与抛光力和抛光区温度均为正相关关系。

Abstract: To explore the relationship between contact arc length and process parameters,TC4 test block was polished with abrasive cloth wheel on CNC polishing machine tool and the contact arc length was calculated by the time length of polishing force.With the spindle speed,the compression depth,the feed speed and the size of abrasive cloth wheel as the process parameters,the fitting equation between the contact arc length and the process parameters was established,and the influence laws and influence degree of process parameters on contact arc length were analyzed.The optimization model was established and the optimal contact arc length and optimal process parameters were obtained.Besides,the influence of polishing force and temperature of polishing zone on the contact arc length was investigated.The results showed that the fitting degree of the fitting equation was very high;the correlations between the spindle speed,the compression depth and the contact arc length were positive;the contact arc length decreased first and then increased with the increase of the other two parameters;the spindle speed and compression depth had obvious effect on the contact arc length,and the feed speed and the size of abrasive cloth wheel had little effect on the contact arc length;the optimal contact arc length was 6.398 6 mm and the optimal process parameters were as follows: the spindle speed was 4 000 rotation per minute;the compression depth was 0.5 mm;the feed speed was 190.8 mm per minute and the size of abrasive cloth wheel was 220;the correlations between polishing force and temperature of polishing zone were positive.
