考虑产品制造过程环境影响的轻量化设计方法

摘要: 当前在产品轻量化设计时因缺乏考虑产品制造过程的环境影响,导致产品制造阶段的环境影响增加,甚至抵消在设计阶段已减少的环境影响,为此提出一种考虑产品制造过程环境影响的轻量化设计方法。基于有限元分析方法,建立一种以产品重量和产品的环境影响为优化目标,以产品机械性能为约束的产品结构优化数学模型,通过优化产品的形状参数达到减少产品重量和环境影响的目的,其中产品的环境影响分别从产品的原材料阶段和制造阶段进行评估。案例分析结果证明了该方法的可行性。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the recent lightweight design did not consider the effect on environmental burdens in manufacturing stage,which might increase environmental burdens in manufacturing stage and even offset the decrease of environmental burdens in design stage,an improved lightweight design method was proposed by considering the effect of lightweight design method on environmental burdens in manufacturing stage.Based on the finite element analysis,a mathematical model for product structure optimization was designed by taking weight and environmental burdens of products as objects and mechanical performance of products as constraints.Thus the environmental impacts were estimated from material stage and manufacturing stage,and the case study was used to show the feasibility of the proposed method.
