摘要: 针对现有配置设计中客户需求与实际配置结果存在的差异,提出了利用设计模板实现产品快速配置的设计方法。为规范客户需求描述,在建立客户需求模型的基础上,以需求指标及其权重在模板定义域范围内对相似实例进行匹配。产品的静态拓扑结构、约束关系和动态信息传递关系用有向图来表达,并将有向图分解为子图的形式来表示产品的多层结构关系。用图论和基于规则推理方法实现了产品的快速配置,并对配置结果进行客户满意度评价。以小型农业作业机产品为例,验证了配置设计方法的可行性。

Abstract: To deal with difference between customer requirements and the configuration results in the current configuration design, a rapid configuration design approach based on design templates was proposed. In order to standardize description of the customer requirements, based on the construction of customer requirements model, the similar cases were matched with requirements and their weights within the definition domain of the templates. Digraph was used to express the static topological structure of product, restraints as well as dynamic transition relationship of information. The digraph was decomposed into several sub-graphs to express the multilevel structure of the product. The rapid configuration of product was achieved through graph theory and rule-based reasoning method, and customer satisfaction was also evaluated. A typical example of a small agricultural machinery product was given to demonstrate the feasibility of the rapid configuration approach.
