摘要: 针对故障发展在单元设备内部和各个设备间的不同特点,提出了一种基于符号有向图—故障逻辑网络图的集成模型建模方法,即在系统故障溯源集成模型中分别采用系统层和设备层对其进行刻画。系统层用于描述各设备间的状态关联影响关系,设备层用于描述单元设备内部元件的故障传递发展过程,两层之间通过设备功能状态变量进行关联集成,最终构建集成化的故障溯源模型,为实现复杂机电系统故障溯源技术研究提供模型基础。

Abstract: According to the different characteristics of fault development in unit equipments and between each equipment,a modeling method for integration model of fault root causes tracing based on Signed Directed Graph-Fault Graph-(SDG-FG-)was proposed,in which two layers of SDG model layer and FG model layer was used to describe.The SDG model layer was used to describe the causal ordering relationships between the equipment of system,and the FG model layer was used to describe the relation between structure and failure modes of equipment.The FG model layer could be integrated with the SDG model layer into SDG-FG model through status variable emerging,which could provide a platform for fault root causes tracing analysis.
