按单设计型复杂产品的配置设计技术综述

摘要: 为了使产品配置设计技术能更好地支持按单设计型复杂产品的快速研发,分别从客户需求分析、配置建模、配置求解3方面系统总结了已有相关研究,论述了3方面关键技术之间的关联关系,分析了现有配置设计技术在支持需求驱动的按单设计型复杂产品定制设计上的不足,指出未来的发展趋势并给出下一步的研究方向,在一定程度上为按单设计型复杂产品定制设计理论的深入研究奠定了基础。

Abstract: To enable product configuration design technology to better support the rapid development of complicated Engineer-To-Order (ETO) products,the related researches on product configuration were systematically summarized from three aspects which included customer requirement analysis,configuration modeling and configuration solving.The relationship among these three key technologies was expounded.The shortcomings of existing researches on supporting requirement driven complicated ETO products design were analyzed and the future research directions were prospected,which could lay a foundation for the in-depth studies on the complicated ETO product customization design theory.
