供需交互视角下的产品服务系统方案配置

摘要: 鉴于客户参与下的供需交互有助于制造企业依赖优势制造资源为客户提供产品服务系统方案,考虑产品制造与服务提供的相关性,刻画了供需交互情形下的产品服务系统方案配置过程,构建了以客户满意度最大化和企业运营成本最小化的双层规划模型,利用遗传算法对模型进行了求解。研究结果表明,供需双方有效的交互行为将有利于服务型制造模式的实施;互补式的产品服务关系能够显著改善产品服务系统方案配置效率;不同程度的产品服务相关性经交互所配置的产品服务系统方案存在一定的差异。

Abstract: The interaction between supply and demand under customer participation is helpful for manufacturing enterprises to make full use of advantage manufacturing resources to provide effective product service system for customers.Considered the relevance of product manufacturing and service delivery,the product service system configuration process under the interaction of supply and demand was depicted.A bi-level programming model to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize enterprise operation cost was constructed,which was solved by genetic algorithm.The results showed that the effective interactive behavior of both supply and demand would facilitate the implementation of service-oriented manufacturing mode;complementarities between products and services would significantly improve the efficiency of product service system configuration;different degree of correlation would result in the different product service system configuration after the interaction between supply and demand.
