摘要: 为了使科学效应更好地启迪设计人员进行创新设计,给出了基于公理设计和功能行为结构的概念设计过程,提出了基于Web的科学效应库系统模型。在该模型中,根据功能基和流,给出了功能表示;根据知识论和认知原理,确定了科学效应的构成和表示,建立了功能、科学效应和效应应用实例间的联系。依据模型开发了基于浏览器/服务器模式的科学效应库原型系统,实现了效应的扩充、使用与管理等5组功能。最后,讨论了所建立的系统,给出系统应用实例,说明了系统的有效性。

Abstract: To inspire designers to do creative design more effectively, a conceptual design process was proposed based on Axiomatic Design(AD) and Function-Behavior-Structure(FBS) framework, and a model of Web-based scientific effect base system was presented. In this model, the function description was given based on function-basis and flows; the composition and description of scientific effect were defined based on knowledge theory and cognition principles; the associations among functions, effects and effect application examples were built up. A software prototype of Browser/Server (B/S) based scientific effect base system was developed according to the proposed model. Five functional groups such as effect gathering, management, use, etc. were achieved. Finally, the proposed system was discussed and an example was given to illustrate its effectiveness.
