基于技术系统进化及物场变换的功能裁剪方法

摘要: 为增强改进型设计过程中系统功能重构的针对性和指引性、提高创新设计的效率,结合产品生命周期理论,提出一种基于技术系统进化和物场变换的功能裁剪方法。面向消除有害作用、功能简化、功能增益的不同目标,以提高系统理想度和功能理想化策略为指导,基于技术系统进化法则提取了10条功能裁剪规则;结合组件相对功能价值分析和破坏系统完备性趋势,确定裁剪对象及优先级;面向生命周期不同阶段产品,以物场模型及技术系统的进化趋势为方向,应用功能裁剪规则指导物场模型变换重构,实现有用功能重组。基于上述方法构建流程化的功能裁剪设计模型,结合秸秆燃料成型机改进设计实例验证了模型的有效性。

Abstract: To enhance the pertinence and guidance of the system function reconstruction in improvement design process,and to improve the efficiency of innovative design,a functional trimming method was proposed based on the technical system evolution and substance-field transform combining theory of product life cycle.For different objectives such as harmful effects elimination,functional simplification and functional gain,ten functional trimming rules were extracted based on technical system evolution principle with the guide of system ideality and functional idealization strategy.The trimming object and priority were determined by the analysis on relative value of component function and tendency of damage to system completeness.The reorganization of helpful functions facing products at different stages of the life cycle was accomplished using trimming rules to guide the transformation and reconstruction of the substance-field model with the direction of substance-field model and technical system evolution trends.Based on the above methods,a functional trimming design model was built and an innovative design example of fuel briquetting machine was given to verify its effectiveness.
