复杂产品装配过程精细化管理和执行

摘要: 为了从管理角度深入研究复杂产品的装配过程执行问题,提出面向复杂产品的装配过程精细化管理和执行方法。将精细化管理和PDCA循环引入装配过程,建立装配精细化管理和执行总体框架模型。在微观操作层面建立以工序为中心的操作执行机制;在宏观管理层面,建立基于PDCA的任务管理执行机制。在装配精细化管理的基础上,给出复杂产品装配进度定量化计算方法。针对航空发动机装配开发了装配数字化系统,验证了所提方法的有效性。

Abstract: To research the assembly process execution problem of complex product from the perspective of management,a method of meticulous management and execution for complex product assembly process was presented.The meticulous management idea and Plan-Do-Check-Action(PDCA)cycle control method was introduced into assembly process to build general framework model.At the micro level for the operation,step-centric mechanism of operation execution and control was designed|at the macro level for management,the task management mechanism based on PDCA was established.On the basis of assembly meticulous management,a quantitative progress calculation method of complex product assembly process was proposed.A meticulous assembly digitalization system was developed for aero-engine assembly which verified the validity of the proposed method.
