摘要: 针对复杂产品装配过程中质量管控时效性差、缺乏预测性等问题,提出基于数字孪生技术的复杂产品装配过程质量管控方法。通过构建物理车间、虚拟车间和车间生产管理系统协同工作的质量管控数字孪生模型,实现了装配过程质量数据的采集、分析与反馈,在此基础上利用Markov方法预测质量数据的未来状态。最后搭建了复杂产品装配过程质量管控平台,并通过实例验证了该方法的准确性,为复杂产品装配过程质量管控提供了一种新途径。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of poor timeliness and unpredictability of quality control in the process of complex product assembly,a quality control method based on the digital twin was proposed.A digital twin model of physical workshop,virtual workshop and workshop service system was constructed to control quality,which had realized the collection,analysis and feedback of quality data in assembly process.On this basis,Markov method was used to predict the future state of quality data.The quality control platform of complex product assembly process was built,and the accuracy of the method was verified by an example.This method provided a new way for the quality control of complex product assembly process.
