复杂产品数字孪生装配模型表达与精度预测

摘要: 针对复杂产品装配过程中装配模型/数据/信息脱节、精度预测不准确、缺乏现场装配有效指导等实际工程应用问题,提出复杂产品数字孪生装配模型表达与精度预测方法。给出基于数字孪生的复杂产品装配精度预测方法总体流程;其次,将数字孪生装配模型表达划分为装配对象模型和装配工艺模型,并明确了产品数字孪生装配模型的精准建模机制;在此基础上,采用基于实测数据的装配偏差传递更新迭代机制实现融合多维度误差源的产品装配误差分析计算与装配精度预测;最后,以某型卫星结构部装为例搭建了复杂产品数字孪生装配软硬件系统平台,并通过实例验证了所提方法的可行性,为复杂产品装配精度预测与保障提供了一种切实可行的新思路和新途径。

Abstract: Aiming at the practical engineering application problems such as the disconnection of assembly model,data and information,the inaccurate accuracy prediction,and lack of effective guidance for field assembly during the assembly of complex products,a model expression and accuracy prediction method of digital twin-based assembly model for complex products were proposed.The overall process of assembly accuracy prediction for complex products based on digital twin was given.The digital twin-based assembly model was divided into digital twin-based assembly object model and digital twin-based assembly process model,and the accurate modeling mechanism of product digital twin-based assembly model was clarified.On this basis,by the update and iteration mechanism of assembly deviation transfer based on measuring data,the product assembly error analysis and assembly accuracy prediction that integrate multi-dimensional error sources were used to be realized.Taking a certain type of satellite structure assembly as example,the corresponding software and hardware system platform of digital twin assembly for complex products was built,and the feasibility of the above method was verified through an example,which provided a feasible new idea and new way for assembly accuracy prediction and assurance for complex products.
