摘要: 为快速、精准、智能地匹配客户的动态需求,提出一种基于可拓设计的产品个性化定制方法。通过调研产品造型特征,分析客户的基本需求与感性需求;分别对两类需求信息进行可拓设计建模,量化两者之间的映射关系,建立产品可拓设计元素库,进而构建面向客户需求的产品个性化推荐机制;通过构建个性化定制系统,实现了快速生成匹配客户个性化需求的最优设计方案,并基于评价模块的数据积累迭代更新系统的个性化推荐机制,以适应客户的动态性需求。以红木家具中的条案设计为例,验证了该方法的可行性与有效性。

Abstract: To match the dynamic demands of customers quickly,accurately and intelligently,a product customization method based on extension design was proposed.Through the investigating of product modeling features,the basic demands and perceptual demands of customers were analyzed.Two types of demands information were modeled by extension design,and the mapping relationship between them was quantified,the product extension design elements library was established,then the personalized product recommendation mechanism for customers' demands was built.Through the construction of personalized customization system,the rapid generation of the optimal design scheme matching the personalized demands of customers was realized.Based on the data accumulated of the evaluation module,the personalized recommendation mechanism of the system was updated iteratively to meet the dynamic needs of customers.The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method was verified by taking the design of Tiaoan in mahogany furniture as an example.
