Abstract: To further understand the collaborative intention and behavior of networked virtual teams,extended Theory of Planned Behavior (Ex-TPB) research model was constructed with the introduction of team trust,collaboration perception,subject attribute and combination mode based on Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB).SPSS 22.0 and Amos 24.0 were used to verify the model,and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to determine the decisive factors affecting virtual teams collaborative intention and behavior.The results showed that six predictive variables such as subjective norm,collaboration attitude,combination mode,collaboration perception,perceived behavior control and subject attribute had significant positive correlation with collaborative intention,but its force weakened successively;collaborative intention positively affected collaborative behavior;team trust had no expected impact on collaborative intention,so did perceived behavior control to collaborative behavior.Based on the above research results,the corresponding reasons were discussed,and  the suggestions to optimize the efficiency of virtual team cooperation were given.
