电动汽车无动力中断两挡变速系统参数集成优化

Integrated optimization of two-speed transmission system parameters for electric vehicle without power interruption

摘要: 为了提高电动汽车的动力性和经济性,提出一种两挡变速系统参数集成优化方法。首先,提出一种无动力中断的两挡变速系统并对其性能指标进行分析,进而对两挡变速系统的参数进行初步匹配,确定参数优化范围;然后,利用模拟退火粒子群优化算法,以百公里加速时间和工况总能耗为优化目标,对两挡变速系统参数进行集成优化;最后对优化结果进行仿真分析。结果表明,两挡变速系统参数集成优化比单独优化两挡变速器参数和换挡机构参数,百公里加速时间分别缩短了6.62%和4.65%,新标欧洲循环测试(NEDC)工况总能耗分别下降了2.51%和2.02%,从而有效地提高了电动汽车的动力性和经济性。

Abstract: To improve the dynamic and economic performance of electric vehicle,an integrated optimization method on two-speed transmission system parameters were proposed.A two-speed transmission system without power interruption was put forward and its performance index was analyzed.The parameters of the two-speed transmission system were preliminarily matched to determine the parameter optimization range.Then the parameters of two-speed transmission system were optimized integrally by using the simulated annealing particle swarm optimization algorithm with the optimization target of 0~100 acceleration time and the total working condition energy consumption.The optimization results were simulated.The simulation performance of 0~100 km/h acceleration time and NEDC total energy consumption were obtained in terms of the optimization results of the two-speed transmission system and the optimization results of the two-speed reducer and shift mechanism parameters individually.The results showed that the 0~100 km/h acceleration time was shortened by 6.62% and 4.65% respectively,and the total energy consumption of NEDC was reduced by 2.51% and 2.02% respectively.
