面向能耗的纯电动汽车双电机动力系统控制策略

摘要: 为降低汽车动力系统的能量损耗,延长汽车续航里程,针对一种新型双电机动力系统,提出一种面向能耗的双电机动力系统控制策略。基于驾驶员意图获取电动汽车的需求扭矩,进而综合考虑踏板信息、道路信息、电机信息和电池信息,制定了面向能耗的双电机动力系统转矩补偿策略;基于最小能耗原则确定了4种工作模式工作区间,并制定了双电机转速转矩分配策略表,实现了双电机转速转矩快速有效地分配。最后,利用MATLAB/Simulink建立双电机动力系统仿真模型,对所提控制策略进行仿真验证,表明了该策略的可靠性。

Abstract: To reduce energy consumption of auto powertrain and extend continuous mileage,for a new dual-motor Electric Vehicle(EV) powertrain,the energy consumption based control strategy was proposed.The EV demand torque was acquired based on driver's intention,and the torque compensation strategy for energy consumption was presented by considering pedal information,road information,motor information and battery information.Moreover,the workspace of four operating modes was determined based on the principle of minimum energy consumption,and the dual-motor speed and torque distribution table for low energy consumption was developed,which could distribute the motors torque and speed quickly and efficiently.The simulation model of dual-motor powertrain was established with MATLAB/Simulink to verify the proposed control strategy,and the simulation results demonstrated its reliability.
