摘要: 为降低汽车动力系统的能量损耗,延长汽车续航里程,针对纯电动汽车两档变速系统,提出一种面向能耗的两档变速系统参数优化匹配方法。基于新欧洲行驶循环工况对两档变速系统进行参数初步匹配;进而基于一定的换挡策略和电机实时效率,建立以电机功率、转速、传动比为变量,以比能耗和百公里加速时间为目标的多目标优化模型,并利用多目标粒子群算法对优化模型进行求解。结果表明,优化后的动力参数能有效提高电动汽车的动力性和经济性。

Abstract: To reduce the energy consumption of auto powertrain and extend the continuous mileage,a method of powertrain parameters optimization was proposed for 2-speed Electric Vehicle (EV) powertrain.The parameters were preliminary matched based on New European Driving Cycle (NEDC).A multi-objective optimization model was established based on control strategy and motor's real-time efficiency,which took power and speed of two motors,and geared ratio as the variables,specific energy consumption and acceleration time from 0 to 100km/h as the optimization objectives.The model was solved by multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm,and the results showed that the optimized parameters of the powertrain could improve the dynamic and economic performance of electric vehicle.
