基于Vensim的汽车轻量化全生命周期动态评价

摘要: 以往评价汽车产品的轻量化效果主要关注汽车的运行使用阶段,未能从整个汽车生命周期的各个阶段予以综合考虑,且评价模型仅是静态模型,加之国内的评价研究大多基于国外数据,得出的结论与中国实际情况差距较大。针对上述问题,应用系统动力学软件Vensim建立了基于中国数据的汽车产品轻量化全生命周期综合效益动态评价模型,对汽车产品轻量化(以材料轻量化为重点)对材料、能耗、排放及成本4个方面造成的影响进行动态评价与分析。动态评价模型涵盖汽车产品从材料获取、材料加工、零部件加工制造、整车装配、运行使用直至回收利用的生命周期全过程。选取某公司生产的传统汽油车和在此平台上开发的纯电动汽车作为实证研究对象,结果表明,考虑综合影响作用的铝镁轻量化,纯电动汽车各项评价指标均有不同程度的下降,而传统汽油车的全生命周期PM、CO排放及环境成本、人体健康损害影响(HTP)等反而有不同程度的升高;纯电动汽车的轻量化效果显著。

Abstract: Previous assessment of lightweight effect of automotive products focused mostly on the operational stage,rather than comprehensive consideration of different stages of the automobile life cycle.Furthermore,static assessment models were used and most of the domestic evaluation studies were based on foreign data,leading to conclusions that were far different from the actual situations in China.To address the aforementioned problems,a dynamic assessment model was set up based on the Vensim software for dynamic quantitative evaluation and analysis.The model dynamically evaluated and analyzed the effect of lightweight trend of automobile products(in particular lightweight of material)on material,energy consumption,emission and cost throughout the automobile life cycle including material acquisition,material processing,parts processing and manufacturing,assembly,utilization and recycling.The conventional gasoline vehicle and pure electric vehicle developed from the same platform of a company were selected as research object.The results showed that various evaluation indexes of the pure electric vehicle had different degrees of reduction due to composite lightweight effect of aluminum and magnesium.However,evaluation indexes of the gasoline vehicle,including the life cycle PM,CO emission and environmental cost,Health Toxic Potential(HTP)and so on had respective increase.The lightweight effect of pure electric vehicle was remarkable.
