基于价值流图技术的传动轴装配流程优化

摘要: 针对某汽车传动轴设计、生产、销售和服务公司传动轴装配线存在人员利用率低、在制品库存多和产品生产周期长等问题,提出基于价值流图技术的装配流程优化方案。根据公司的生产现状,绘制并分析了Φ57耳孔系列传动轴装配线价值流现状图,发掘出当前生产过程中存在的问题;结合精益生产思想,从生产线平衡、拉动式生产、改变物料配送方式和优化装配流程等方面提出改善方案;运用FlexSim软件对提出的改善方案进行建模仿真,验证了该方案的可行性。实际应用表明,利用价值流图分析技术有助于快速发现生产中的问题,缩短生产周期,提高人员利用率,达到精益生产目的。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of low personnel utilization,in-process inventory and long product production cycle in DC company's drive shaft assembly line,an assembly flow optimization scheme based on value flow graph technology was proposed.According to the production status of company,the current value map of Φ57 ear hole series drive shaft's assembly line was analyzed,and discover the problems existing in the current production process was discovered.By combining the lean production idea,the improvement scheme was proposed in the aspect of balancing the production line,pulling the production and changing the material distribution mode.The simulation scheme of the proposed improvement scheme was simulated by FlexSim software,and the feasibility of the scheme was verified.The practical application showed that using value flow graph analysis technology can help to quickly find problems in production,shorten production cycle,improve staff utilization and achieve lean production.
