摘要: 传统制造企业在向服务型制造模式转型的过程中,顾客需求权重的确定尤为重要。针对以往方法忽视了顾客需求间网络交互影响效应的问题,提出一种基于网络博弈的顾客需求权重确定方法。以前期市场调研获得的顾客需求信息为基础,利用模糊决策试验与实验评估法(DEMATEL)分析需求间的影响关系,并得到影响关系矩阵,进而构建一个以顾客需求为节点、以需求间影响关系为边的网络博弈模型,最后通过模型求解得到顾客需求权重。通过实例分析验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract: In the process of enterprise transforming from traditional manufacturing to service-oriented manufacturing,determining the weights of Customer Requirements (CRs) is particularly important.To solve the problem that the network interactions among CRs were neglected in the previous studies,an approach for determining CRs' weights based on network game was proposed.Based on CRs information obtained from previous market research,the fuzzy Decision-Making and Trial Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) was used to analyze the influence relationships among CRs and to obtain the influence relationships matrix.Then a network game model was constructed with CRs as the nodes and influence relationships as the edges.The CRs' weights were obtained by solving the model.The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed approach were verified by an example.
