摘要: 针对多产品采购条件下的可持续供应商选择问题,基于可持续供应商的经济绩效、环境绩效和社会绩效构建评价指标体系,提出一种两阶段供应商选择模型。第一阶段对候选供应商的环境绩效和社会绩效进行资格审查;第二阶段评价经过资格审查的供应商的经济绩效,根据核心企业对供应商数量的要求给出不同的决策方法。该模型要求各决策专家利用传递信息更为丰富、计算更为准确的可能性分布—犹豫模糊语言集(PD-HFLTS)表征评价信息,并给出一种群体一致性检验与调整算法以克服异常值的影响。针对传统层次分析法中专家不易给出大量两两指标对比的偏好信息,利用最佳—最差权重确定方法确定指标相对重要度。通过案例分析论证了所提模型的可行性与有效性。

Abstract: Sustainable supplier selection plays an important role in the construction of sustainable supply chain.With respect to sustainable supplier selection under multi-products purchases,a novel evaluation index system of supplier selection was proposed based on economic performance,environmental performance and social performance of sustainable supplier.Then the two-stage supplier selection model was proposed.In the first phrase,the candidate suppliers meeting the basic requirements of environmental performance and social performance was selected.In the second phrase,the different decision-making methods were proposed based on the requirements of core enterprise for the number of suppliers through the evaluation of qualified candidate suppliers' economic performance.In the model,Possibility Distribution-Hesitant Fuzzy Linguistic Term Set (PD-HFLTS) was utilized to characterize the evaluation information with the advantage of more information contained and more accurate calculation,and then the group consensus checking and adjusting algorithm was given to overcome the the effect of outliers.Aiming at the problem that it was not easy for experts to give the preference information of pairwise comparison with a large number of the indices,the Best Worst Method (BWM) based on PD-HFLTS was proposed to solve the problem,and then a novel consistency checking and adjusting algorithm was proposed.The feasibility and effectivity of the model was illustrated by the example of sustainable supplier selection of an automobile seat manufacturer with four kinds of raw materials purchases.
