Fault model identification method for aero engines based on fault color picture

摘要: 为了从系统层面快速、精准地识别航空发动机海量监测数据中隐含的故障模式,提出一种基于故障彩色图谱的发动机故障模式识别方法。针对航空发动机状态参数和故障机理的特点,将监测数据映射至相应的阈值空间,进而构造出故障彩色图谱。研究了故障彩色图谱的特征提取方法和标准故障彩色图谱库的构建方法。通过计算待检测故障彩色图谱与标准故障彩色图谱库中各元素之间的相似度,输出故障类型,实现了航空发动机故障模式的精准、快速、直观识别。结合应用实例验证了所提方法的有效性和实用性。

Abstract: To identify the suspicious components of aero engines massive monitoring data quickly,a new kind of fault model identification method based on fault color picture was put forward.Aiming at the characteristics of aero engines monitoring data and fault mechanism,the monitoring data were mapped to the corresponding threshold spaces,and the fault color picture was built.Then the property extraction method for fault color picture and the construction of standard fault color picture database were researched.By computing the similar degree between the fault color picture and each element of the standard fault color picture database,the fault model of aero engines was identified.The application results showed that the proposed method could identify the fault model of aero engines effectively and feasibly.
