基于本体和知识组件的夹具结构智能设计

摘要: 为提高夹具设计过程中的设计知识重用率和设计效率,提出一种基于本体和知识组件的夹具结构智能设计方法。该方法通过构建夹具元件、工件以及夹具设计实例的本体模型,实现了对夹具设计知识的表示。通过引入知识组件技术并建立本体间的语义映射关系,构建针对夹具选择、尺寸驱动和建模装配的三种知识组件及知识处理框架,形成夹具结构智能设计模式,完成了对夹具结构设计知识的组织、推送和嵌入。结合基于规则和实例的推理方法,实现了对夹具的智能选择,通过开发相应的夹具结构设计系统,实现了基于本体参数化属性的夹具尺寸自驱动和基于本体装配特征的夹具元件快速组装。以某飞机零件为例,对所提方法的可行性和有效性进行了验证。

Abstract: To improve the reuse rate of design knowledge and design efficiency in fixture design process,an intelligent fixture configuration design method was proposed based on ontology and knowledge components in knowledge engineering.In the method,the knowledge representation of fixture design was achieved by building the ontology models of fixture,workpiece and actual design case.Through adopting the knowledge component technology and building the semantic mapping among ontologies,three kinds of knowledge components were created.A knowledge processing framework was established for fixture selection,dimension driving and assembling.Thus an intelligent configuration design pattern was formed and the organization,push and embedding of design knowledge were realized.Based on the above research effort,combined with Rule-Based Reasoning (RBR) and Case-Based Reasoning (CBR),an intelligent fixture selection method which could get a suitable fixture was proposed.A software system was developed for the realization of proposed method.An airplane part machining fixture design was used to verify the method and system.
