基于机械结构形态的三维CAD模型检索

3D CAD model retrieval based on mechanical structure morphology

摘要: 针对三维CAD模型检索相似度度量特征信息不完备问题,提出基于机械结构形态的三维模型检索方法。通过分析机械结构形态的基本特征,构建基本体形态位置相似比较的黄金分割相似系数,研究基本体形态姿态相似比较的方向向量、法向向量比较规则,并定义曲线轮廓值指标计算基本体形态的轮廓相似度。综合上述3个比较指标及坐标系变换相似度,提出基于机械结构形态的三维CAD模型粗检索方法。并通过基本体转换模型特征相似度计算方法的研究,提出三维CAD模型精检索方法。通过实例验证结果表明,所提检索算法有效地实现了模型外形特征、几何尺寸、拓扑关系等信息的比较,提高了检索结果的准确性,同时实现了以机械结构形态为查询对象的三维模型检索。

Abstract: Aiming at the information incomplete problem of similarity measure feature for 3D CAD model,a model retrieval method based on Mechanical Structure Morphology (MSM) was presented.Through analyzing the basic features of MSM,a gold segmentation similarity coefficient was constructed to evaluate the similarity of primitive morphology location.The calculation rules of tangential vector and normal vector were proposed to compare the attitude similarity between two models,and the contour value of constraint trochoid was defined to calculate the contour similarity.A mass retrieval method of 3D CAD model was proposed based on the above similarity indexes,and a fine retrieval method was developed based on the similarities of MSM and primitive transformation model.The experimental results showed the presented retrieval method could compare the similarities of model shape,geometric dimension and topology information to improve the accuracy of the retrieval models,and its retrieval object was not only a 3D model but also a mechanical structure morphology.
