摘要: 为简化三维模型检索过程、提高机械结构设计效率,在分析结构骨架的基础上提出机械结构形态提取方法。基于常用基本体的构造特征提出一个基本体转换模型,将基本体统一成扫掠体的表达模式。基于该模型研究了单面基本体、变尺度多面体、等尺度多面体的基面选择规则,提出基本体形态提取规则和基本体形态融合规则,实现了机械结构形态的提取。通过螺旋扶蔗器实例说明了机械结构形态的提取过程,并验证了机械结构形态提取方法的可行性。所提方法为机械结构特征简化的研究提供了新方向,为机械原理形态的研究奠定了理论基础。

Abstract: To simplify the retrieval process for 3D model and improve the design efficiency for mechanical structure based on analysis of skeleton research,an extraction method of mechanical structure morphology was presented.On this basis,an extraction architecture which included knowledge base of primitive,data base,basic rules and morphology fusion process of primitive was proposed.According to the analysis of construction features of primitive,a transformation model was created to unify all primitives to a representation of sweep volume.The primitive mainly divided into three types: single surface primitive,variable scale polyhedron and invariable scale polyhedron,and the extraction rules of primitive morphology with its fusion rules were presented to realize the extraction of mechanical structure morphology.The extraction process of mechanical structure morphology and its extraction feasibility were demonstrated by an illustrative example of spiral sugarcane propping device.The extraction method of mechanical structure morphology provided a new research direction in feature simplification for mechanical structure,and theoretical foundation to study mechanical principle morphology.
