摘要: 针对目前仿真数据管理技术缺少文件语义访问接口支持的问题,提出基于语义的仿真文件跨平台访问方法,并开发了一个面向刻蚀机研发中仿真数据管理的语义文件系统。在工程需求分析的基础上,为实现仿真项目语义的结构化表达,开发了面向产品仿真领域的本体库。给出了基于语义的仿真项目访问形式化模型,并设计了基础的语义倒排索引结构及计算加速方法。介绍了所开发的原型系统,该系统能够屏蔽仿真文件的具体物理位置,使工程师实现基于语义而非物理位置的仿真文件访问、查询和共享。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of lacking support for files semantic access interface in existing simulation data management technology,a semantic-based simulation files cross-platform accessing method was proposed and a semantic file system for managing simulation data during the development of etching machine was developed.Based on the analysis of engineering demands,a domain ontology library was developed to realize structured description of simulation project semantics.The formal model for semantic-based simulation project accessing was given,and the inverse semantic index structure was also proposed to improve the efficiency of assessing method.The developed semantic file system for simulation data management was introduced.The system could hide specific physical locations of simulation files to  enable engineers to achieve semantic-based simulation files access,query and sharing.
