Abstract: To coordinate time-varying price supply chain with risk-averse retailers,a combined contract of price discount share based on time and buy-back policy was proposed.Based on comparing the centralized supply chain and the decentralized supply chain,the parameters of combined contract were designed and the conditions of optimal contract parameters were given.Through a numerical analysis,the influence of change of retailers'risk-averse and suppliers'respond time on the decision results of supply chain was given.The value of combined contract to supply chain coordination was characterized quantitatively.The combined contract supplied an effective solution to coordinate time-varying supply chain with risk-averse retailers.
