摘要: 为了帮助企业对日益增长的大量知识进行快速有效地量化评价,挖掘有价值的信息和知识,尝试将用户行为统计分析应用到企业知识价值的量化评价中,通过对知识实际被用户使用的行为情况进行统计分析,实现对企业知识价值的自动评价,并设计算法和进行算例分析,验证了评价方法的有效性。

Abstract: To help the enterprises to make quantitative evaluation for rapid increasing of enterprise knowledge effectively,and to mining the valuable information and knowledge,the user behavior analysis was applied to the evaluation of enterprise knowledge,and the automatic enterprise knowledge evaluation was realized according to statistical analysis of actual user's behavior reports of knowledge usage.The evaluation algorithm was designed and a case was analyzed to verify the effectiveness of evaluation method.
