曲柄伺服压力机数字化仿真系统开发及应用

摘要: 为了在减少人力物力的同时给设计和优化曲柄伺服压力机的机电一体化系统组成提供方案及可行性参考,采用Simulink语言开发了曲柄伺服压力机的数字化集成仿真系统,并基于该仿真系统进行了虚拟制造的应用分析。集成仿真系统由运动控制、大功率电驱动、机械传动机构三部分组成。运动控制部分设计了恒速、变速驱动的工作模式;电驱动部分引入基于电子飞轮的永磁交流伺服系统和电机组合,其中永磁交流伺服系统采用速度外环、电流内环两环控制结构的矢量控制策略,引入变参数积分分离的PI调节器;机械传动机构采用曲柄连杆机构。分析结果表明,在同一冲压速度下,伺服压力机的加工效率采用变速驱动工作模式会比恒速驱动模式高,且在一个工作周期内采用变速驱动时驱动系统更加节能,从而为进一步提高曲柄伺服压力机的制造效率提供了依据。

Abstract: To reduce the manpower and material resources costs,and to provide a scheme and feasibility basis for optimizing the component of servo crank press machine's mechanotronics,the digital integrated simulation system of crank servo press was developed based on Simulink,and the application analysis of virtual manufacturing on this system was accomplished.This system was composed of three parts:motion control,high power electric drive and mechanical transmission.The motion control portion combined two driving mode of constant speed and variable speed.The permanent magnet ac servo system and motor combination based on electronic flywheel were introduced into electric drive system,in which the double controls structure of outer speed loop and inner current loop were adopted for permanent magnet ac servo system,and the variable parameter PI regulator was introduced.The mechanical transmission portion adopted a crank link mechanism.The results showed that the working efficiency of servo press by using variable speed drive working mode was higher than using constant speed drive mode under the same stamping speed.Besides,its driving system was more energy efficient with variable speed drive mode in a work period.It provided evidences for further improving the manufacturing efficiency of servo crank press machine.
