摘要: 90年代以来,三维数字化设计已成为我国飞机研发的主要技术手段,并成功在飞机型号中得到普遍应用。21世纪初在三维数字化设计的基础上,成功实现了“并行工程”和多厂所异地联合研制。当前航空工业实施的“基于模型定义”(MBD)技术,采用以飞机单一数据源的“三维飞机数字样机”为基准模型,实现了飞机研发过程中各专业间各类模型的快速转化和统一的技术管理,推动了异地联合设计快速、精准实施,使得飞机全生命期的研发过程有了新手段,上了一个新台阶,并在实践中取得了巨大的成功。基于MBD的飞机设计与制造已成为航空工业赶超世界先进航空国家的重要技术手段。

Abstract: The 3D digital design had been used aircraft development in China aviation industry and got successfully applied since 90's.The Concurrent Engineering and Multi-enterprises Jointed Development (MJD) in different locations had been commonly used in the new aircraft development at the beginning of the 21st century.At present,Model Based Definition(MBD) technology was implemented in China aviation industry which the aircraft digital mock up as fundamental model to be the single data resource.The models transfer between the multidiscipline became more easy and fast when MBD had been used.MBD accelerated the concurrent engineer and MJD process and made it more precision.MBD is a very powerful technology to brought aircraft development to a new stage and has been used for the new aircraft development very successfully.
