基于D-S证据理论的压射工艺模式辨识技术

摘要: 为了制定良好的压射过程工艺,提高压铸生产效率和资源利用率,提出一种面向压铸产品制造的工艺模式辨识方法。对压射过程及其机理进行分析,确定了影响压铸工艺的关键因素;以历史积累的大量压射工艺数据为依据,利用D-S证据理论对多种因素进行融合分析,实现了新产品所需压射工艺模式的辨识。以一个典型压射工艺实例对所提方法的有效性进行了验证和说明,实例表明该方法可以有效利用已有工艺数据实现新产品工艺设计。

Abstract: To formulate good die casting process and to improve die casting efficiency and utilization rate of resources,a die casting process pattern recognition based on D-S evidence theory was proposed.By analyzing the die casting process and its mechanism,the key factors affected on die-casting was confirmed.Based on large number of historical accumulated data of die casting process,a new die casting process model for new product requirement was achieved by analyzing various factors with D-S evidence theory.The effectiveness of the proposed method was verified and explained by a typical case of die casting technology.The example showed that this method could use the process data effectively and realize the process design of new products.
