面向航天器管路焊装过程的集成制造技术

Integrated manufacturing technology of pipe welding assembly process in spacecraft

摘要: 为了提高航天器的可靠性,结合航天器中管路研制的工程实践提出一种面向航天器管路焊装过程的集成制造方法。给出面向航天器管路焊装过程的集成制造方法的总体技术路线,建立了该集成方法的应用业务流程,重点对焊装过程数据集成管理、可制造性智能评价、导管数控弯制过程仿真、管路模型比对和管路的数字化柔性焊装五个关键技术进行了阐述。设计并开发了面向航天器管路焊装过程的集成制造系统,并进行了实例验证。通过应用数字化手段对管路制造全过程进行分析校验和集成信息管理,实现了航天器管路制造从传统的手工模式向全过程数字化制造模式的转变。

Abstract: To improve the reliability of spacecraft,a new integrated manufacturing method for spacecraft pipe's welding assembly was proposed by combining with the engineering practice in the spacecraft pipe's development.The overall technical outline of this method was presented,and the business process was established on this basis.The five key technologies such as the integrated data management for welding assembly process,the assessment of capacity of manufacturing,the simulation of pipe's NC bending process,the pipe model's comparison and the pipe's digital flexible welding assembly were discussed.The integrated manufacturing system for spacecraft pipe's welding assembly was developed and validated by examples.Through the application of digital methods,the transition from traditional manual mode to digital integrated manufacturing mode was accomplished with the whole pipe's manufacturing process modeling and simulation technology.
