摘要: 针对完整准确的复杂产品装配工艺数据包的形成问题,结合复杂产品的装配工艺的粒度、周期和版本的三维度动态演变特性,提出一种多维度装配工艺数据管理方法,并开发了面向复杂产品装配的多维度工艺数据管理系统。该系统以流程化工艺信息组织模型为基础,通过分别建立不同粒度、周期阶段、版本间工艺数据的关联关系,生成了装配工艺数据包,实现了工艺数据和演变过程的集成管理。将目前开发的软件系统应用到北京卫星制造厂,取得了良好效果。

Abstract: Aiming at the formation problem of complete and accurate assembly process-data-packet for complex product,a multi-dimensional management method of assembly process data was proposed and the process data management system was developed by analyzing the data's dynamic evolution characteristic from the perspectives of granularity,cycle and version.Based on assembly process information organization model,the association relationship between different granularities,cycles and versions process data was established in this system,and the process-data-packet was generated to output the data,which could realize the integrated management of process data and evolution process. The developed system had been validated and applied in aerospace-related manufacturing enterprise.
