物联网环境下的机械产品管控一体智能装配系统建模

摘要: 针对应用物联网技术对促进制造系统发展所具有的重要现实意义,以构建互联感知与智能高效的装配系统为目标,在分析物联网技术在机械产品装配系统应用模式的基础上,提出一种基于物联网技术的管控一体智能装配系统的概念。为解决物联网环境下的装配系统分析与优化问题,从机械产品装配过程角度出发,采用面向对象的赋时着色Petri网将系统抽象为由若干工艺关联、功能相互独立的装配单元或功能模块组成的对象集合,并根据每个模块及单元之间的工艺约束和逻辑关系,确定整个系统的消息传递网络,最终通过消息驱动实现单元与模块之间的通讯互联,并建立了物联网环境下的管控一体智能装配系统模型,其中知识规则赋予模型中决策变迁智能行为,主要用于消解模型中的令牌路由选择和系统死锁问题。以发动机拧紧工艺为例验证了模型的可行性与有效性。

Abstract: Aiming at the realistic significance of Internet of Things(IoT)technology on the development of manufacturing system,with the object of constructing the interconnection perception and intelligent efficiency assembly system,the concept of Management and Control Integrated Intelligent Assembly System based on IoT(MCIIAS-IoT)was put forward based on analyzing the application mode of IoT technology in the mechanical product assembly system,aiming at.To solve the analysis and optimization problems of MCIIAS-IoT,Timed-based Colored Object-Oriented Petri Net(TCOPN)was adapted to abstract MCIIAS-IoT to some collections of objects,which were consisted of assembly units and functional modules.According to the process constraint and logical relations between each module and unit,the transitive relationship of messages for MCIIAS-IoT was determined.The communications between units and modules driven by message were achieved,and TCOPN model for MCIIAS-IoT was established.The knowledge rules were adopted to promote the ability of autonomy and decision-making for TCOPN model.A case study of the engine tightening process was presented to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed modeling approach.
