Decision research of closed-loop supply chain considering consumer preference and fairness concern

考虑消费者偏好及公平关切的闭环供应链决策研究

Abstract: Based on consumer preference and consumer fairness concern,the single-channel and dual-channel Closed-Loop Supply Chain (CLSC) decision-making models were established.The equilibrium results under different situations were analyzed,and the influences of consumers' acceptance of remanufactured products and fairness concern on members' decisions and profits were discussed.The research showed that regardless of single-channel or dual-channel CLSC,the retail price and the retailer's profit were reduced always made by consumers' fairness concern,and were decreased progressively with the increasing of fairness coefficient,which indicated that consumers' fairness concern beneficially affected the consumers and adversely affected the retailer.The improvement of remanufactured products' acceptance made the retail price,the recovery rate and demand increased,which was conducive to the development of circular economy.Whether consumers were concerned about fairness or not,the price was higher and the demand was lower in dual-channel compared with single-channel CLSC.Furthermore,consumers' acceptance of remanufactured products and their aversion to unfair trade would affect the profits of enterprises.Under certain conditions,retailer benefited from manufacturers' investment on remanufacturing.The channel strategy of the manufacturer depended on consumers' preference and fairness concern.

摘要: 基于消费者偏好及消费者公平关切,建立了单渠道及双渠道闭环供应链决策模型,针对不同情形下的均衡结果进行比较分析,并讨论了消费者对再制品的接受程度以及公平关切程度对成员决策及利润的影响。研究结果表明:无论单渠道还是双渠道,消费者公平关切总是使得产品的零售价格降低,零售商的利润减小,且随着公平关切系数的增加,零售价格及零售商利润递减,可知消费者公平关切行为对消费者有利,对零售商不利;消费者对再制品接受程度的提高,使得产品的零售价格提高,废旧产品的回收率及市场需求增加,有利于循环经济的发展;无论消费者公平中性还是公平关切,双渠道下新品的价格更高,市场需求降低,消费者对再制品的接受程度及对不公平交易的厌恶程度影响企业的利润,在一定条件下,闭环供应链中存在“搭便车”现象,制造商的渠道策略取决于消费者偏好及公平关切程度。
