Cooperation strategy of closed-loop supply chain considering dynamic recovery rate and involvement of disassembler

考虑动态回收率和拆解商参与的闭环供应链合作策略

Abstract: In the closed-loop supply chain,by considering the participation of the disassembler and the recovery rate affected by various factors such as recycling effort and time,the optimal decision-making of supply chain members and the change of profit under three different cooperation modes such as no cooperation,cooperation between manufacturer and disassembler and retailer respectively were studied.The dynamic change of recovery rate through Ito process was described,and the influence of different cooperation modes of the supply chain members was analyzed.The research showed that the cooperation between manufacturer and disassembler was better than that of cooperation and non cooperation with the retailer,which could greatly improve the profits of both parties.When the proportion of consumers with used for new was small,non cooperation was better than cooperation with the retailer.In the three cases,the larger the proportion of consumers traded in used for new,the more significant the increasing of manufacturer's profit.For the recycling of used electrical and electronic products,high external incentives and low external constraints could not only effectively improve the profits of the manufacturer,but also reduced the fluctuations of the manufacturer's profits.When the manufacturer cooperated with the disassembler,the proportion of the disassembler's share of the initial dismantling of the recycled product for the manufacturer had a positive correlation with the manufacturer's profit.

摘要: 在闭环供应链中考虑了拆解商参与和受制造商回收努力、时间等多种因素影响的回收率,研究了三方无合作、制造商分别与拆解商和零售商合作三种情形下供应链成员的最优策略和利润的变化情况。通过伊藤过程对动态变化的回收率进行了刻画,分析了不同的合作方式对供应链成员的影响,并进行了灵敏度分析。研究表明:制造商与拆解商合作优于与零售商合作和三方不合作,能够显著提升合作双方的利润。制造商与零售商合作时制造商的利润受以旧换新消费者的比例影响较大,当以旧换新消费者的比例较小时,三方不合作优于与零售商合作。三种情形下以旧换新消费者的比例越大,制造商利润提升越显著。对于废弃电器电子产品的回收,高外部激励和低外部约束不仅能有效提升制造商的利润,还能减小制造商利润的波动。制造商与拆解商合作时,拆解商为制造商分担回收品初步拆解的比例对拆解失败的废弃补偿金额的影响与制造商的利润呈正相关。
