多载具自动化立体仓库货位分配与作业调度集成优化

摘要: 为提高多载具自动化立体仓库进出库作业效率,提出货位分配与作业调度集成优化方法。从指令分组、货位分配及子行程作业模式与顺序3方面进行分析,结合堆垛机实际运作规律,构建以最小化行程时间为目标函数的集成优化数学模型。针对二者相互反馈的特点,设计了双层遗传搜索算法对模型进行求解,该算法使优化形成一个闭环,可得到比较理想的解。仿真实验结果表明,双层遗传算法在不同的订单规模和载具数量下均能获得满意解;与分别优化相比,所提方法能够有效缩短作业时间。

Abstract: To improve the loading/unloading operation efficiency of multi-carrier Automated Storage and Retrieval System(AS/RS),the integrated optimization method of location assignment and job scheduling was proposed.Based on the analysis of instruction grouping,location assignment and subroutine operation mode and sequence,the integrated optimization mathematical model with the minimized travel time as the objective function was established by combining with the actual operation rule of the stacker.In view of the characteristics of mutual feedback,a double-layer genetic search algorithm which made the optimization form a closed loop was designed to solve the model,and the ideal solution could be obtained.The simulation results showed that the double-layer genetic algorithm could obtain satisfactory solutions under the condition of different order scales and different number of carriers.Compared with the separate optimization,the optimization proposed method could shorten the working time effectively.
