仓储产品服务系统的动态货位分配策略分析

摘要: 鉴于多品种小批量柔性生产的发展及准时生产实时配送的需求,迫切需要第三方将智能仓储和实时配送集成起来为企业提供系统的库存服务解决方案,首先对仓储产品服务系统的概念进行定义,提出面向各类制造企业的工业品超市、企业分区租赁和动态货位存储的库存服务策略。针对仓储产品服务系统库存服务中的动态货位分配关键问题,建立了基于出/入库任务队列的分配模型,设计了一种改进自适应遗传算法进行优化解算。案例结果表明,交叉策略中采用单点或双点策略对算法的效果影响不大,但多点变异策略比单点变异策略的效果明显;在算法比较层面上,所设计的算法对解决该问题的效果优于标准自适应遗传算法和基本遗传算法,可以较好地满足自动化快速货位分配的要求。

Abstract: In the context of intensive industrial clusters,Warehouse Product Service System (WPSS) is a new inventory service mode integrating the manufacturing and service in logistics.The concept of WPSS was defined,andthe inventory services strategy for manufacturing enterprises which included industrial product supermarket,out-leasing site and in-allocation site were presented.Aiming at the dynamic storage allocation problem,a model based on output/input queue was established,and an improved adaptive genetic algorithm was used to solve a reasonable scheme.The simulation result showed that the single point or double point strategy had little solving effect on the algorithm,while the solving effect of multi-point mutation strategy was better than the single point mutation strategy.Compared with the standard adaptive genetic algorithm and the basic genetic algorithm,the proposed algorithm had a better solving results,and could meet the automatic fast storage allocation requirements in WPSS.
