两端式同轨双车运行模式的货位分配策略

摘要: 针对大型工业立体仓库因巷道纵深过长普遍存在存储效率低的问题,提出两端式同轨双车的运行模式,并以存储效率优先原则、结构稳定性原则为评价标准,建立了适用于同轨双车运行模式的货位分配模型。设计了3种多目标生物地理学优化算法,构建了集成多目标生物地理学优化算法获取符合货位分配模型的最优解集,实现了该模式下的货位优化。运用MATLAB进行仿真,结果表明集成多目标生物地理优化算法比3种多目标生物地理学优化算法及标准遗传算法均具有更好的收敛性和搜索效率,可以有效解决两端式同轨双车运行模式下任意规模的立体仓库货位分配问题,且性能稳定,对提高大型工业立体仓库的存储效率及其结构稳定性具有一定的理论指导和应用价值。

Abstract: For the problem of low storage efficiency in large industrial warehouse,the warehouse layout model used double-crane on single roadway with two I/O station was proposed.The storage location assignment model which was suitable for double-cranes mode was established by putting the storage efficiency priority principle and structural stability principle as the evaluation criteria.Three kinds of Multi-Objective Biogeography-Based Optimization (MBBO) algorithms including vector evaluated biogeography-based optimization,non-dominated sorting biogeography-based optimization and niched Pareto biogeography-based optimization were designed,and Ensemble Multi-Objective Biogeography-Based Optimization (EMBBO) algorithm was constructed to get optimal solution set.The simulation results with MATLAB tools showed that the EMBBO algorithm had better convergence and search efficiency than the three kinds of MBBO algorithms and standard Genetic Algorithm (GA).The EMBBO algorithm had stable performance and could effectively solve the storage location assignment problem of any size.The research had a certain theoretical guidance and application value to improve the storage efficiency and structural stability of large industrial warehouse.
