基于云模型和信息公理的产品功能需求配置优化

摘要: 为了能够充分考虑评产品功能需求配置优化过程中评价信息的模糊性和随机性,提出了基于云模型的配置优化方法。在此过程中,建立云模型语言评价标度。结合正态云处理质量功能展开评价信息,确定顾客需求以及功能需求重要度。同时,以信息公理为依据,选择信息量最小的功能需求配置方案。针对模糊信息公理计算过程中可能出现无穷大情况的缺点,运用正态云模型将定性功能需求定量化,再以信息公理计算。考虑到功能需求之间的补偿关系,基于非准确性计算方法以总信息量最小为目标建立0-1非线性规划模型。最后以某装载机功能需求优化为例,验证了所提出方法的有效性。

Abstract: To fully consider the fuzziness and randomness of evaluation information in the process of evaluating product function requirements configuration optimization,a configuration optimization method was proposed based on cloud model.In this process,the linguistic evaluation scale of cloud model was established.The important degrees of Customer Requirements (CRs) and Function Requirements (FRs) were calculated by combing Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and normal cloud.Meanwhile,based on the information axiom,the function requirement configuration concept with least amount of information was selected.For the defect of occurring infinite in the process of fuzzy information axiom calculation,the normal cloud model was used to quantify qualitative functional requirements,and then the information axiom was used to calcuate the information content.By considering the compensation relationships among FRs,the 0-1 non-linear programming model was established by minimizing the amount of information content of FRs based on method of imprecision.An example of product function requirements optimization for loader was given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
