摘要: 为了有助于解决资源短缺和环境污染的问题,阐述了逆向供应链服务的定义及内涵。提出一种逆向供应链服务系统的体系结构。分析了逆向供应链服务系统的业务流程与运行过程、逆向供应链服务系统的静态功能组成和动态功能联系、逆向供应链服务系统的知识平台架构和知识获取等关键技术、逆向供应链服务系统资源构成和资源流,以及逆向供应链服务模块组合、组织重构和协同管理方式等,为系统研究和应用逆向供应链服务提供了理论基础。以一种钢铁企业废钢铁逆向供应服务系统应用体系为例,说明了逆向供应链服务的实际应用价值。

Abstract: To resolve the resource shortage and environmental pollution problems,the connotation of reverse supply chain services was given,which included the basic definition,open loop and closed loop characteristics,relationship of reverse supply chain and reverse supply chain service,and knowledge value chain.On this basis,the architecture of reverse supply chain service system was constructed,which included service process,service function,service knowledge platform,service resources and service organization and coordination.The business process,the static functional constitution and dynamic functional connection,the framework of knowledge platform,the key technology of knowledge processing,the resources structure and resource flow,the module combination and organizational restructuring and the collaboration of reverse supply chain service system were analyzed,which could provide the basic theory and methods to reverse supply chain service research and application.The application background and value of reverse supply chain service was illustrated by the case of system application architecture of scrap steel reverse supply service for one iron and steel enterprise.
