基于领域映射矩阵的跨域设计实体模块化

摘要: 为确定设计人员与产品对象及设计任务之间的模块化分组,表达实体间的单向信息传输,引入逆向领域映射矩阵以表达设计实体之间的逆向信息传输,在此基础上构建领域双向映射矩阵表达不同领域设计实体之间的双向信息传输;提出基于关联度多元树构建的领域映射矩阵聚类方法,通过调整多元树节点选择系数,加快聚类算法的收敛速度,并使聚类结果稳定可控。结合船舶产品协同设计,应用新的聚类方法对设计人员—产品结构的领域双向映射矩阵进行模块化,效果良好。

Abstract: To determine the modularity grouping of designers,product structures and design tasks,and to express the unidirectional transmission between cross-domain entities expressed by domain mapping matrix,the concept of inverse domain mapping matrix was introduced to show the reverse transmission.Through integrating domain mapping matrix with inverse domain mapping matrix,domain bi-mapping matrix was established to express the bidirectional transmission of information between different domain design entities.Based on multi-element-tree of correlation,the clustering domain mapping matrix was constructed.By adjusting the selective coefficient of multi-element-tree node,the convergence speed of clustering was accelerated,and the result was more stable and controllable.Combining with collaborative design of ship,the clustering result to modularize domain bi-mapping matrix of designers and product structure was satisfied.
