一种自创生产品配置模型构建方法

摘要: 当前产品配置领域的研究主要集中于提高配置结果的准确度,忽视了对产品结构的多样性需求和配置系统的可持续性需求。针对这些问题,将自创生理论应用到产品配置领域,建立了自创生产品配置模型。根据需求与模块的对应关系,提出了基于功能块的产品组织模型,以保证产品功能的完整性。基于产品组织模型进行自创生配置,以保证在功能完整性前提下产品的多样性。建立了功能模块库,根据客户输入和选择反馈,实现模块库的自动调整和更新。以产品组织模型和功能模块库为基础,实现了产品配置过程的自创生体系结构。以自创生产品配置模型为基础,分析了多样性产品配置和系统自动更新的实现流程。

Abstract: In current research field of product configuration,most research focused on improving the accuracy of configuration,but the needs of product diversity and configuration system sustainability were ignored.To solve these problems,the autopoiesis was applied to the field of product configuration and an autopoietic product configuration model was established.According to the correspondence between custom needs and modules,a product organization model based on function sets was proposed to ensure the integrity of product function.The autopoietic configuration was executed based on product organization model to ensure the diversity of product.The function modules'library was established,and the automatic adjustment and updating of module library were realized according to custom's input and feedback.The autopoietic product configuration architecture was realized based on product organization model and function modules'library.Diversified configuration and system's automatic update were analyzed around autopoietic product configuration model.
