摘要: 为充分发挥工艺设计在工程设计与生产制造之间的桥梁作用,实现信息集成,总结了物料清单映射技术的应用现状和研究成果,从物料清单映射问题的根源出发,提出基于工艺管理的物料清单映射技术。探讨了基于工艺管理的物料清单映射方法学,并给出相应的技术架构;构建了制造物料清单累进定义的工艺管理环境,开发了物料清单映射的使能工具。

Abstract: To make full use of process design as the bridge between engineering design and manufacturing so as to realize information integration, current enterprise application and scientific research achievements on Bill of Material (BOM) mapping technology were summarized. A BOM mapping technology based on process management was proposed proceed from problem roots. BOM mapping methodology based on process management was discussed, and corresponding technology architecture was presented. The process management environment providing progressive definition of Manufacturing Bill of Material (MBOM) was constructed, and the enable tools for BOM mapping were developed.
